- 1.2 If any term is defined in both these Terms and the License Terms, the License Terms shall control for matters specifically relating to the usage/licensing of music (“Tracks”). For general site usage and user obligations, these Terms govern.

- If you purchase or otherwise obtain a license to use any of our audio tracks, you will be subject to additional terms and conditions set forth in our End User License Agreement (“EULA”) which are otherwise known and referred to as ‘Creator’ or ‘Professional’ Licence(s).
- In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the EULA regarding usage of licensed music, the EULA shall prevail.

- The use of any Halal Soundtracks music (“Tracks”) obtained through our Site is governed by the EULA, not these Terms alone.
- Important: If you are a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are not permitted to purchase or use our licensed music. Our licenses are strictly B2B.

Any use of Halal Soundtracks’ material in a manner that requires a paid license but is done without obtaining one is considered a breach of our Terms and an infringement of Halal Beats LTD’s property rights.
16.3 Consequences
We reserve the right to revoke licenses, remove or monetize unauthorized content, and/or pursue legal action if you fail to comply with licensing requirements as set out in the EULA.
- CREDITS
17.1 Proper Attribution
- If you use any Halal Soundtracks content in a Project, you must credit Halal Soundtracks as specified in the EULA or cover sheets (e.g., “Soundtrack/Music Produced by Halal Soundtracks”).
- Failure to provide proper credit may constitute a material breach of these Terms and the EULA.
- VIRUS PREVENTION
18.1 Site Security
We aim to keep our Site secure but cannot guarantee it will be free from viruses or other malicious content.
18.2 User Responsibility
You are responsible for configuring your devices, software, and security programs to access our Site safely.
18.3 Prohibited Actions
